Dislocation cut: Most of the copper cutting machines that use the shear method adopt dislocation shear. The die design is simple, easy to trim, understand, operate and maintain. But the copper incision is often not smooth, the smooth area is small, and the incision is tilted, which cannot meet high-quality requirements.
Punching: After research and related data analysis, the punching method is similar to a punching punch, but the shape is a very narrow rectangle — a closed shear. Because the cutting edges on both sides are exposed to the copper symmetrically, the incision is more uniform and the quality is better.
